% 08.02.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 270/2018, under Sections 3/4 of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999, registered at police station Jagat Puri, Delhi is sought on merits. Upon notice, learned Additional Prosecutor submits that investigation of this case is in progress.
