The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 710/2020 of PS Nangloi for offence under Section 302/34 IPC read with Section 25/27 Arms Act.

1.1 This bail application came up for the first effective hearing on 28.02.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first effective hearing before me. 2.

After addressing partly, learned Counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to cross-examination of the MLC doctor. 3.

As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

Learned trial court is requested to ensure that the MLC doctor is summoned and examined on the date fixed for trial.
