% 31.05.2024 I.A. 31188/2024 (Application on behalf of the plaintiff seeking issuance of fresh summons pursuant to order dated 20.03.2024) 1.

This is a petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the assistance of the Court in taking evidence. The petition was allowed by order dated 20.03.2024. However, it appears that summons were not served upon the concerned party before the date of hearing before the learned arbitrator.

The Registry is directed to issue fresh summons in terms of the said order, for production of the documents in question before the learned arbitrator on 15.07.2024 at 10:30 AM at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi-110503. 3.

The application stands disposed of.
