Prayer in the present petition is to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the petition in question in a time-bound manner.
2.
Generally, the Constitutional Courts do not pass such directions to the Courts asking them to dispose of the matters in a time-bound manner, unless, of course, there exists genuine exigency and case of extreme hardship is portrayed. Nothing of that kind exists herein and, therefore, this Court does not find any real requirement of giving any such direction to the learned Trial Court. 3.
However, since petition in question, which had been filed under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, is pending since 2017, the learned Trial Court is requested to take up the aforesaid matter and to make best endeavour to dispose that of, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
Pending application (s), if any, stand (s) disposed of accordingly. MANOJ JAIN, J APRIL 17, 2025/dr/SS The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 23/04/2025 at 11:44:11
