Even on 19th May 2025, it is noted by the Court that no one had appeared for appellant/Insurance Company. The Court had given directions that the matter can be attempted to be settled; however, before the Pre-sitting Lok Adalat, the Manager of the Legal of the appellant/Insurance Company appeared on a couple of days, and on the rest of the days, nobody was present for appellant/Insurance Company.

Even on the last date of 10th November 2025, no appearance has been noted on behalf of appellant/Insurance Company. 4.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.
