% 21.10.2024 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 27.09.2024 for release of sum of Rs. 02,11,93,200/- in favour of decree holder subject to an affidavit being filed by the decree holder that the property shall be kept unencumbered during the pendency of OMP (COMM.) 30/2023 being Sector 34 petition filed by the judgment debtor. As per office note, affidavit has been filed by the decree holder. The same is perused and accepted.

Registry is directed to release the sum of Rs. 02,11,93,200/- in favour of decree holder as directed by the Hon'ble Court in order dated 27.09.2024.
