Fresh petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of the mandate of the Learned Arbitrator which had expired on 01.09.2023 by 6 months from today.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objections to the extension of the mandate.

In view of the submissions made, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by 10 months from the date it expired. 4.
