% 08.02.2019 To establish his bonafides, in compliance of the settlement with the complainant/Respondent no. 2-his erstwhile spouse, the petitioner has paid the remaining settlement amount of Rs. 25,000/- to her through her counsel. She has been identified by the Investigating Officer. The learned counsel for the complainant/R-2 submits, upon instructions, that the complainant/R-2 does not wish to pursue an FIR against the petitioner.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to implead all the persons, who are mentioned in the FIR and request them to be present in Court on the next date.
