The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a) by way of an appropriate writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions be made to the Respondent nos. 1 & 2 to investigate the scheduled offences particularly cheating etc. as defined under Schedule of Prevention of Money laundering Act, 2002 as disclosed by the petitioner in his complaint dated 29.12.2020 and an ECIR may be registered against M/s TDI Infrastructure Ltd. and its directors authorized representative its Managing Directorl Directors /Authorized Representative Sh. Devki Nandan Taneja, Sh. Ravinder Kumar Taneja, Sh. Kamal Taneja and Sh. Ved Prakash and action be taken as per the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act for seizure, doing other things as per the Act. b) Costs of the present writ petition be awarded in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents.
