This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator for a period of 10 months from 28.02.2024. 5.

For the said reasons, the present petition has been filed. 7.
Issue notice. Mr. Vyas, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 8.
For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and a period of 10 months (upto 31.12.2024) is granted to the learned Sole Arbitrator to conclude the arbitration proceedings and publish the award. 9.
The petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
