Petition under Section 29A, (4), (5) and (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner wherein the prayer has been made for substituting the learned Sole Arbitrator and to extend the mandate of the learned Tribunal for a further period of 12 months.

Both the parties submit that they have sought the "no objection" from the Sole Arbitrator who has given his no objection to the change of the Arbitrator, via mail, which is annexed herewith. 8.

In view of the submissions made, Justice G.S. Sistani (Former Judge, Delhi High Court) is hereby appointed as the Arbitrator and the mandate is extended by 12 months from the date it expired on the same terms and conditions on which the earlier Sole Arbitrator was appointed.
