The counsel for the respondent stated that the petitioner and the respondent have settled their dispute vide Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2024 recorded before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (SAMADHAN) and as per the Settlement Agreement, the petitioner has to vacate the tenanted premises on or before 30.04.2025. The other terms and conditions of the settlement are also mentioned in the Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2024.

Accordingly, in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2024, while affirming the eviction order, the petitioner is given time to vacate the tenanted premises on or before 30.04.2025 and on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2024. 4.

The petitioner is directed to file an affidavit regarding the vacation of the tenanted premises on or before 30.04.2025 within 02 weeks. 5.

The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2024.

The present petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
