The petitioners are seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against respondents No. 1/Receiver as well as respondent No.2/Bank as well as respondent No.3/the Auction Purchaser for the alleged wilful disobedience of the directions of the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal dated 16.12.2024.
