The present appeal has been filed by the Appellants challenging the Impugned Judgement and Order on Sentence both dated 11th August, 2004, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, New Delhi. 3.
Both the Appellants are present in person and have submitted that they seek to withdraw the present appeal, as they do not wish to challenge the Impugned Judgment and Order of sentence dated 11th August, 2004. 4.
Perusal of the record shows that by the Impugned Judgment and Order on Sentence dated 11th August, 2004, both the Appellants were convicted under Sections 323, 324 and 34 of IPC. Vide the Impugned Order on Sentence, both the Appellants were sentenced to a fine of Rs. 500/- each under Section 323 IPC, in default to undergo Simple Imprisonment for 01 month. Further, they were sentenced to a fine of Rs. 1000/- each under Section 324 IPC, in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
