% 28.07.2018 In term of order of Hon'ble Court dated 28.09.2015, petitioners have executed and filed their administrative bond with their sureties. Petitioner- Sh. Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal and Mr. Prem Chand Aggarwal as well as their sureties, namely, Ms. Babita Gupta W/O SH. Yatender Kumar Gupta and Mr. Satish Chand Sharma S/O Sh. Sunder Lal Sharma are present. The administrative bond is Ex. X-1. Surety no.1, Ms. Babita Gupta W/O SH. Yatender Kumar Gupta, has furnished sale deed of her property bearing no. 1/536-I/7 Friends Colony, Industrial Area, Shadhara, Delhi for an amount of Rs. 1,13,41,584/- as security to this court.

Surety no.2 Mr. Satish Chand Sharma S/O Sh. Sunder Lal Sharma has furnished conveyance deed of his property bearing no. 33, Jahaz Apartment, TEST.CAS. 13/2014

Rohtak Road, Delhi for a sum of Rs. 67,63,680/- as a security to this Court. Statements of the petitioners and their sureties are recorded separately. The securities furnished by sureties are hereby accepted. Documents furnished by sureties are exhibited. Registry is directed to send an intimation to the concerned authority informing that Ms. Babita Gupta W/O SH. Yatender Kumar Gupta and Mr. Satish Chand Sharma S/O Sh. Sunder Lal Sharma furnished sale deed and conveyance deed respectively as the security to this Court so that concerned authority will not transfer the property or register any sale in respect of their third person.
