Mr. Manu Chaturvedi, Standing Counsel for MCD, has handed up a status report on an affidavit which notes that all concerned Departments i.e. Horticulture, Electric-I, DEMS and MCD have submitted their response to the representation.

The BSES Feeder has been removed from the public passage and put in a proper way at a safe height.

The Horticulture Department has repaired the open gym equipment and the ones which were not repairable have been removed. 5.
The water supply of the toilet constructed at C- Block Park, Dilshad Garden, was closed about four months ago and the tap was broken.
