% 08.10.2025 CM APPL. 62872/2025 By way of the present application filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the appellants seek leave to withdraw the appeal in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 06.09.2025 signed between the parties through mediation under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi. Mr. Raj Vardhan Upadhyay, learned counsel has joined on behalf of the respondent via video-conferencing and submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the appeal.

The application is accordingly allowed.
