Counsel for respondent states that the processing has been done. However, there is a modified Form C which needs to be submitted. A blank form of the same has been provided pre-lunch to the senior counsel for petitioner.

Mr. H.S. Phoolka, Senior Counsel for the petitioner, has got it filled up by the petitioner.

Counsel for respondent states that the same has to be submitted before the Passport Office at Bhikaji Camaji Place.

Petitioner shall duly submit the same today itself within the next couple of hours.

The processing of the same shall, therefore, be done by the Passport Office within one week.

Compliance of the orders of this Court shall be done within the period of one week.

On this undertaking, the petition is disposed of. 10.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to revive the same in case there is any continued infraction.

It is, however, expected that the respondent/Principal Passport Office shall not dilate this process any further.
