b. Strike off the Written Statement filed by the Respondent; c. Direct the learned Family Court to proceed in accordance with law and decide the petition in a time bound manner; d. Pass any other order or direction that this Hon'ble Court deems fair and Proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
