Transfer of civil suit no. 140 of 2024 pending before Mr. Kishore Kumar Ld ADJ North District Rohini Courts Delhi to the court of Mr. Sunil Chaudhary Id ADJ North West district, Rohini Court Delhi in the interest of justice.

B. Pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case to meet the ends of justice."

It is pointed out that Civil Suit No. 140/2024 which is pending before learned ADJ, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, is in the correct jurisdictional Court, which is the admitted case of the petitioner as well.
