% 27.01.2020 Vide the present petition the petitioner/complainant prays to direct the Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate Ms.Rajani. Ranga north-west Rohini Court in the case no 1892/18 titled "State vs Arjun Singh & Ors." to give revision time to the petitioner if any application is dismissed filed by the petitioner & the next date may be fixed for further proceeding after at least one month or after the revision time which is prescribed under the law. Keeping in view the averments made in the said petition and submissions of the petitioner/complainant, I hereby direct the Trial Court not to proceed further in the matter until the application, if any moved by the petitioner, is decided and sufficient time is given to the complainant/petitioner to challenge the same by way of revision in accordance with the revision time as prescribed under the law.
