It is pointed out that in the order dated 17.03.2025, the date at the end has been wrongly mentioned as 12.03.2025, instead of 17.03.2025. 4.

In view of the same, let the ordersheet dated 17.03.2025 reflect the date at the end to be 17.03.2025 instead of 12.03.2025. 5.

It is also pointed out that in para 8 of order dated 17.03.2025, there is repetition of words. The said paragraph after correction reads as under: "8. In view of the fact that other co-accused has been granted bail on the conditions enumerated hereinabove, the bail conditions imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the learned Trial Court is modified to the extent that the applicant shall not leave India without the permission of the learned Trial Court and insofar as the marking of his presence at the office of CBI with the Investigating Officer is concerned, the same is waived off." 6.
