Present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the respondents to expeditiously decide and adjudicate the application filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.1 for grant of sanction to prosecute Mr. R. B.Verma (Ex-President) & Mr. R. N. Sinha (Ex-Secretary) of Naveen Kunj CGHS Limited under Section 118(6) of the Delhi CoOperative Societies Act, 2003. 4.

the respondent no.1, the inquiry proceedings are still pending and have not been disposed of by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Registrar of Co-operative Societies, who appears on advance notice, states that the inquiry proceedings shall be completed as expeditiously as possible. 6.

Keeping in view the limited relief sought in the present writ petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies to decide the petitioner's application dated 20th December, 2022 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. This Court clarifies that it has not commented either on the merits of the controversy or on the maintainability of the application filed by the petitioner. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
