The petitioner has been arrayed as defendant No. 2 in CS No. 11302/2016, which is pending before the Court of Additional District Judge-07, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi. It has filed this revision petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ["CPC"], against an order dated 18.10.2018, by which its application under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC, was rejected.

As the petitioner was one of the two defendants in the suit, and sought rejection of the plaint only as against itself, Mr. Gajanand Kirodiwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present revision petition, with liberty to approach the Trial Court for deletion of its name from the array of parties, if it is so advised. 3.

I am informed that the proceedings in the suit have been adjourned sine die, in view of the stay order granted by this Court on 15.02.2019. The parties are directed to appear before the Trial Court on 01.12.2025. In view of the fact that all the parties are represented, no further notice needs to be issued.
