The present is an application for withdrawal of the present writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have amicably settled all their disputes with respect to the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA") Plot bearing No. 429, Pocket A-3, Sector-29, Rohini, Delhi. 3.

Thus, it is submitted that the petitioner has no grievances with respondent no.1. Therefore, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submissions made in the present application, the present application is allowed and the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the present petition.
