No.412/2019 By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.368/2014 under Sections 307/34 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act registered at PS Krishna Nagar on the complaint of respondent No.2. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State points out that the weapon of offence allegedly used was a firearm and firing was also done and two cartridges were recovered from the spot. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
