The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Pass the directions to the Ld. Trial court for examination of public witnesses within a period of 2 months in FIR No. 277/2022 PS Najafgarh u/s 304B/498A/34 IPC for recording of testimony of independent prosecution witnesses. Or;

(b) Pass the direction that no unnecessary adjournments are granted, except in extraordinary circumstances; (c) Pass any other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of this case to secure the ends of justice."

been stated that the examination-in-chief(s) of the public witnesses, i.e., PW1 Poonam Malhotra (sister of the deceased), PW-2 Ishwar Singh (father of the deceased) and PW-3 Kailash Rani (mother of the deceased) have been recorded and their cross-examinations have been deferred at the request of the learned counsel for the accused persons which is now fixed for 14.05.2025. 4.

Learned Trial Court is requested to examine the aforesaid witnesses as expeditiously as possible without giving undue adjournments to the parties. 5.

Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 7.

Order be communicated to the learned Trial Court for necessary information and compliance.
