O R D E R

% 28.01.2020 This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.01.2020 passed by the Appellate Authority under the provisions of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules in Appeal bearing PA/Appeal No. 193/Sec-16/2019/549-554 titled Rajesh Basoya vs. Suraj Mal & Ors. by which, the interim application filed by the petitioner herein against the order of eviction passed by the District Magistrate has been dismissed, while fixing the appeal for hearing on 04.03.2020. During the course of the arguments, the petitioner and the respondent nos. 2 and 3, who are present in person, have entered into a settlement on the interim arrangement whereunder the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 20,000/- per month starting from January, 2020 to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 during the pendency of the appeal before the Appellate Authority and subject to such payment, the operation of the Impugned Eviction order dated

25.11.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, shall not be enforced. The payment for the month of January shall be paid by the petitioner within a week and thereafter for the subsequent months, by the 10th of each month in advance. The counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall give the bank account details of respondent nos. 2 and 3 to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of three days. The parties shall also ensure that there is no unnecessary adjournment prayed for before the Appellate Authority. Recording the above terms of settlement, the present petition is disposed of.
