By way of the present Petition, the Petitioner assails the correctness of the Order dated 12.02.2026 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal [hereinafter referred to as 'the Tribunal'] whereby the Original Application ('O.A.') filed by the Petitioner herein was dismissed.

The challenge of the Petitioner arises out of the correctness of the selection process for the post of Librarian, which already stands concluded. However, the Petitioner has failed to implead the selected candidates, who are necessary and proper parties to the present proceedings.

counsel representing the Petitioner submits that an application had been moved before the Tribunal seeking disclosure of the names of the selected candidates. However, learned senior counsel was unable to draw the attention of this Court to any such application on record. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, particularly the absence of necessary parties, the present Petition is dismissed on the ground of non-joinder of necessary parties.

All pending applications also stand closed.
