% 30.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground of marriage of his younger brother which is fixed for 7th February, 2018. On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report the family of the petitioner was found residing at the native village of the petitioner i.e. Kamua Kalan, Post Kesarpur, Police Station Bithri, Chainpur, District Bareli, U.P. The father of the petitioner passed away 11 years ago and the family of the petitioner comprises of his mother and grand-parents. The factum of marriage of the brother of the petitioner for 7th February, 2018 has also been verified. Considering the verification report and as also from the nominal roll it is evident that the petitioner was also earlier granted parole by this Court for W.P.(CRL) 153/2018
a period of four weeks which concession the petitioner did not misuse, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ CMM concerned.
Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
