% 08.02.2019 By way of this application, transit bail in FIR No. 37/2019, under Sections 498-A/307/323/504/506 of IPC & 3, 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at police station Najibadad, U.P. is sought to enable petitioner to approach the High Court at Allahabad for quashing of the FIR in question and alongwith this application, copy of the Aadhar Card has been filed.

Upon hearing, this bail application is disposed of, while granting transit bail for ten days to petitioner to enable him to approach the concerned Court. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail by the Arresting Officer, subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of BAIL APPLN. 341/2019

₹20,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.

This application is accordingly disposed of.
