Petitioners, being husband and parents in law of respondent no.2 have sought quashing of FIR No. 332/2021 of P.S. Chandni Mahal for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC. Parties have appeared in person and are identified by IO, W/SI Neelsee of P.S. Nabi Karim. I have spoken with the parties present in court and it is submitted by them that having compromised all their disputes, now they are living together happily. Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 also have a son aged 5 years. Learned APP in all fairness does not oppose the petition.

Considering the overall circumstances, the petition is allowed and FIR no. 332/2021 of P.S. Chandni Mahal for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC and proceedings arising out of the same are quashed.
