% 08.02.2019 Crl.M.A. 2987/2019 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. W.P.(CRL) 422/2019 and Crl.M.A. 2988/2019 (stay) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was badly injured on the alleged incident at the hands of respondent No.2 for which FIR No. 68/2018 under Sections 307/328 IPC was registered at PS Vikas Puri on the petitioner's statement.
To counter the petitioner respondent No.2 filed a false complaint after more than one month alleging beatings to him also. Notice. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. On instructions she submits that a cancellation report is likely to be filed in case FIR No. 381/2018 under Section 326/307/342/392/34 IPC registered at the instance of respondent No.2. She seeks time to place on record the status report in this regard.
