% 18.01.2018 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner by the learned counsel for the petitioner by placing on record a copy of the order dated 17.1.2018 of the learned ACMM (Spl. Acts), Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to submit that there was an application filed on behalf of the applicant and after the report of the ROC in relation to compounding application, the compounding application was allowed subject to deposit of compounding fees as directed vide the order dated 17.1.2018 and that thus the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.
