Mr. Singh, arguing this review petition, seeks to place reliance on the following recital contained in Result Notice No. 22 dated 6 April 2011:

"The selection process for nomination of candidates under post code 044/07 is complete and stands closed. The user department may include the unfilled vacancies in its next requisition." 2.

We pointed out to Mr. Singh that this was never shown to us when the matter was argued, he does not dispute the position. 3.

Nonetheless, as it may make a material difference to the outcome of the petition, issue notice on the review petition.
