The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "Cr.P.C., 1973") has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking directions to the SHO/I.O., Police Station Kalyanpuri to arrest the culprits in FIR No. 0073/2023 registered under Sections 304 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 dated 16.02.2024 at Police Station Kalyanpuri, Delhi. 2.

Present none on behalf of the petitioner.

As per the Status Report, the FIR has been registered pursuant to the directions of the Court passed in an Application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., 1973 moved on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

It is further submitted that a Notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C., 1973 has already been served upon the accused persons who also have joined the investigations.
