Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of. W.P.(CRL) 246/2020 Present Writ of Habeas Corpus has been filed by the Petitioner-father seeking production of his daughter-Mrs. Manpreet Kaur, aged 34 years as well as his grand-children, namely, Baby Sejal @ Manseerat Kaur, aged 11 years, Master Yuvi @ Jaspreet Singh, aged 7 years and Master Jas @ Jaskaran, aged 2 years, who had been missing since 04th January 2020.

Today Mr.Rahul Mehra, learned standing counsel for the State states that Ms.Manpreet Kaur and her three children are staying at Amritsar with the petitioner's niece.

The petitioner has spoken to his daughter and to his grand-children in Amritsar over mobile phone. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present criminal writ petition is disposed of as satisfied.
