Challenge in present writ petitions is against the action taken by the Respondent/NDMC in sealing the premises bearing No.B-21, Ground Floor, Block-B, Plot No.5, Connaught Place, New Delhi in W.P.(C) 3075/2024, the premises bearing No.B-20, Ground Floor, Block-B, Plot No.5, Connaught Place, New Delhi in W.P.(C) 3085/2024 and the premises bearing No.B-19, Block B, Connaught Place, New Delhi in W.P.(C) 3151/2024 on the ground of arrears of property tax.

After some arguments, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent/NDMC, on instructions, states that the premises in question will be de-sealed. However, he seeks liberty to take further action for attachment of rent and initiate other proceedings in accordance with NDMC Act, 1994. Liberty, as sought for, is granted.

Needless to state that other consequential actions will also be taken on account of de-sealing the premises in question. 4.

In view of the above, no further Orders are required to be passed in the present writ petitions. The writ petitions are disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.
