Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2.

The Court has also perused the reasoning given vide order dated 02.04.2024, while passing interim directions in favour of the petitioner. 3.

In pursuance to the earlier directions, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-University has presented the result sheet of the petitioner.

Upon perusal of the result sheet, it is seen that the marks which are assigned against LB 201, pertaining to the subject of Moot Court, were not updated.

The respondent-University is directed to calculate the total appearances of the petitioner in respective classes and is also directed to assign the marks of subject of Moot Court upon due verification, and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. thereafter, declare the final result.

The interim order, therefore, stands confirmed with the aforesaid directions.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
