% 08.02.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 811/2018, under Section 308 of IPC, registered at police station Binda Pur, Delhi is sought on the basis of affidavit of guardian of respondent No. 2.

Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet in this case has been filed under Section 307 of IPC. Let copy of the charge sheet be supplied to petitioner's counsel who seeks time go through it and to file a fresh petition for quashing of the FIR as well as the charge sheet.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
