% 08.02.2019 Petitioner seeks interim bail to attend the marriage of his sister. Arguments have already been heard and only judgment has to be pronounced by the trial court. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant interim bail to petitioner.

Trial court has already granted interim custody parole to petitioner to enable him to attend the marriage of his sister on 11th February, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on 12th February, 2019.

However, trial court has imposed a condition that expenses incurred for taking the petitioner from jail

to the venue will be borne by the petitioner. The said condition imposed by the trial does not appear to be reasonable keeping in mind the financial status of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this condition imposed by the trial court is set aside.
