Mr Dutta, learned counsel for the decree-holder states that the decreeholder is not in a position to provide security as ordered in the judgment dated 07.08.2024.

Since the entire amount has been deposited and the decree-holder is unable to provide a bank guarantee and the Section 34 petition is stated to be pending, the present petition is closed granting liberty to the decree-holder to revive the same as and when Section 34 petition is decided. 3.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
