Learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners with liberty to file as proper representation before the concerned respondent i.e. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan/respondent no.1.

In view of the innocuous prayer of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan/respondent no.1 which may consider the representation and dispose of the same within a period of three weeks from the date of the submission of representation giving detailed reasons.
