Present contempt petition has been filed alleging that there is noncompliance of five undertakings dated 26th February, 2019, 03rd August, 2019, 10th October, 2019, 11th November, 2019 and 06th August, 2022 given by the respondent in CC No. 2426/2018 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ("NI Act"). By way of the said undertakings, the respondent was required to pay an amount of Rs. 90 Lacs to the petitioner. th 2.

This Court notes that subsequently, a Settlement Agreement dated 27 September, 2022 has been entered into between the parties. The petitioner has already initiated separate proceedings for compliance of the said Settlement Agreement dated 27th September, 2022.

In view thereof, no orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
