The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing a communication dated 19.02.2024 on the Haj portal holding the petitioner to be ineligible for allocation of quota of HGOs (Haj Group Organizer) for Haj 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to re-agitate the issue in the event if the abovementioned disqualification of the petitioner for Haj 2024 being cited as an impediment for the petitioner's eligibility / participation in Haj for the future years.

The present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
