% 17.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter, which led to registration of the present FIR No.420/2014 under Sections 354/354A/323/34 IPC at police station Anand Parbat on the complaint of respondent no.2.

It is further submitted that with the intervention of common friends and other family members, petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, vide a Compromise Deed dated 8th January, 2018; therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Om Prakash of police station

Anand Parbat.

She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Affidavit of respondent no. 2 is also on record at pages 18-19, wherein she has stated that she has no objection if FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily and respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No.420/2014 under Sections 354/354A/323/34 IPC registered at police station Anand Parbat and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
