2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that payment which was due to the petitioner has already been released to him. In the light of this stand taken by the respondents, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition any further.

3. The petition along with the pending application is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non prosecution.
