The present application has been moved on behalf of the Respondent No.2-Rajeev Malhotra seeking clarification of order dated 21st October, 2024 on the ground that since the properties are located in different places i.e., one at Shahdara and the other at Ghaziabad, the execution of documents ought to take place before the concerned Sub-Registrar(s) i.e., Sub-Registrar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Sub-Registrar, Vivek Vihar, Delhi respectively. 3.

It is accordingly directed that insofar as the Shahdara property is concerned, i.e., 194/5A/1, Gali No. 13- 14, Bhola Nath Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032, the documents shall be executed before the Sub-Registrar-IVb, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Insofar as the Ghaziabad property, i.e., Plot No. 43, Radhey Shyam Park, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P.-201005, is concerned, the execution shall take place on 14th November, 2024 at 11 AM before the SubRegistrar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. 5.

It is made clear that if the said documents are not executed on the said dates, Mr. Sachin Kumar Bansal will be personally responsible for the same. 6.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
