BAIL APPLN. 229/2020 This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 661/2018 under Sections 302/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar, Delhi, on the ground of marriage of his two sisters which is to take place on 09.02.2020. State has verified the factum of marriage of two sisters of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to interim

bail with effect from 05.02.2020 for a period of ten days on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. The petitioner shall surrender to custody after the expiry of the period of interim bail.

The bail application is disposed of accordingly. A copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for compliance.

A copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
