By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner seeks the following prayers:- "i. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1-3 to preserve the CCTV recordings of the cameras installed inside Pink Booth Sarojini Nagar, Sarojini Nagar Market for the period 11AM TO 2PM on 03.02.2024 where the Petitioner was confined and assaulted by Kamal Kishore and other employees of Respondent No. 4 after The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 04/03/2024 at 11:25:04

ii. To issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1-3 to obtain and preserve the CCTV recordings of all the cameras installed at various shops covering the road from Shop No. 71, Sarojini Nagar Market to Pink Booth Sarojini Nagar Market, including the cameras installed at Balaji (Shop No. 67, Sarojini Nagar Market), Shop No. 66, Sarojini Nagar Market, Shop No. 166, Sarojini Nagar Market and in Saree Sansar (Shop No. 167) covering the road from Shop No. 71 to Pink Booth Sarojini Nagar Market." 2.

Issue notice. Learned counsels, as mentioned above, accept notice. 3.

Learned ASC submits that immediate steps would be taken to preserve the said CCTV footage, if available. 4.
